Maybe you need to get some physio if your neck is that bad?

Got showed one of those the other day, and it's a real nice hjelmet just want to try a couple of others before I buy.

I was told the one I was shown was a Euro spec one thats much lighter than the US spec thats common over here, that sound right?

Aroh or Shoi are the lightest and best but if your on a budget i hear the sharks are quite light, but i LOVE my Aroh, even if i had to pay like $800 they are worth every penny.

Probably won't make much difference to you Rupe as you'd be fit,but i had an Airoh Stelt Senior an now have a Shoei VFX-W and can honestly say that the venting is allot better in the Shoei which is good if your a sweater like me,also the chin part of the Airoh is pretty close to your mouth and nose which i found a bit claustrophobic and the goggle space is a bit small as well........can't fault how light it was tho, just the opinion of a bloke that's had both Helmets.

The Airoh was 1000 grams my Shoei says 1350 grams, that's a large,i'm picking you'd be a medium which is 1250 grams. My mate bought my old Airoh and when you hold them together it you can notice it's slightly lighter but for the reasons i gave earlier i prefer the Shoei

I'm running the Shoei VFX-W.. Is bootyful.

Can't go wrong with an Arai either ; )

I'd never run an Airoh.. Only reason being is Taddy destroyed his face using one. That's put me off enough lol. Prefer a helmet that won't require full face reconstruction haha

These are great helmets and are light. They're new to our country think they are just arriving now.
