You can straight up kill someone and get a few years in prison, so $400 for 'receiving stolen property' is pretty good.

Yep there is a thread about this already but you're dead right, worth posting twice it's so fucking stupid.

It costs me $400 a year to legally register my own bike so at that price I might as well just risk it and go fucking nick one.
