All I can say is there must be some shit launchers. Unless the strip is on mt everest I don't see why a zx14 will not get a high 10.

4.11ltrs per 100kms at highway speeds on Mrs Berg's ER6N Kawasaki. Pretty bloody good for a 650 twin I thought
If you are what you eat, then I'm fast, cheap and easy

I can only say people don't practice beforehand. On an undisclosed location on a very humid day with some mates and an improvised strip I did low 11's after first few pretty average wheelie launches. Maybe people are racing up the face of Ruapehu?

My point is its like riding on Greese ! !

You can never compare Meremere Drag strip with a Nz road...

And you could never compare it with an overseas Drag track !

Shit so it's slippery too? Wtf were they thinking???

As far as I can see there are only 2 things a strip needs to do... be flat and grippy. How on earth did they fuck it up?

4.6-5ltrs per 100 on my Z750. I like jumping back on the ER6 every now and again for a quick fang. Lovely handling little bike with idiot proof cornering
