Im keen to tag along. Just need to sort fuel. Just 173km to res last time out. So may need to organise something at Fletchers Bay for the ride back. Not sure how many kms we'll do before we get back to a servo on the Sunday?
    Look forward to meeting y'all.

    Kanny and T boy out.

    Waaaah...........

So many things to get sorted, (moving house etc), so little time/finances.
Factor in the famous "leave everything till the last minute" equation, and we have to give this ride the slip.
    Enjoy guys.

Sorry to hear you won't be coming along JMJ, Brent, Karen. Next adventure

Chris, bbq is not a problem.

Duel, I will be taking some fuel but Coro town to Fletchers is only 60k so 170k to res will get you from Coro-Fletchers-Stoney Bay-Coro no problem.

Also, anyone who knows they won't be coming can you please take your name off calendar. If your still a maybe leave it there as will over cater anyway (nothing I can't eat later!)

    Count me in Please

Cary just bought a DR650 so keen to get it dirty, please count me in for the w/e and BBQ.
Will have to look out for two wheel riders of the pushbike variety its the Kona Colville Connection ride on the Saturday. They will be coming the other way!

1 hour 15 at the most even if the DR is ridden like a BMW. It's 99kms via moronsville.

Right, work and domestics sorted, so I'm in.
I'll take the full catering package thanks Cary and probably get thru around a 1/2 doz of Tui, maybe more if we start early.
    New rear tyre Thursday.
Been too long since I had a weekend away on the DR
I may not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I always was.

Roads remain open - got this from the Colville Connection website

Parts of these rides are on public roads WHICH ARE OPEN TO TRAFFIC. Traffic should be minimal, but KEEP LEFT and under control at all times on the roads.
Spectators' vehicles on the course have the potential to be a major hazard to riders. PLEASE, NO SPECTATORS' VEHICLES ON THE COURSE.
    Rubbish

Looking forward to it....the riding and the camp (if I must ) - not the hoards of lycra-clad mountainbikers

Any Orkers want to assemble for the run down to Kopu?
