2hrs 45min from Carpark at end of 42nd to my front door via gentle annie. Only casualty was 1 miror snapped off by some stray branch on the 42nd also had a small nap on clay a slope....but lucky noone was there with a camera

What an awsome weekend and great to meet more K bikers and bikeresess. Some of the best gravel ive riden and some cool fanging in the 42nd. Despite the shock horror of the fishers "cycle track" it was a great way to spend a weekend! Thanks MXNUT for showin us ya back yard!

I have some video a photos to share once I get organised

    Interesting.
If they're putting a cycleway on a technically public road, they'd have to get the road stopped which requires public consultation etc...

    Or am I wrong?

    Again...

We were discussing that at lunch time. IMO even though Fishers will never be as it was again, its worth fighting to retain access to it as the gravel roads that lead into it are awesome and it will still be a neat ride through there.
RIP Fishers. Gutted I didnt get to ride it pre 2011 "makeover"

Made it home safe but sore.
Had a quick sort through the photos. Did not have much luck this weekend, but got a few (more in the album link).

I'm pleased about that too. I'm also pleased that I didn't fire myself over the railing while doing that rolling burnout

Like a hot knife through butter, although we hit a series of big holes early on going a couple of hat sizes too fast and bottomed the rear fairly hard so I eased off a little

    Excellent Weekend

Thanks for the Good company again Guys N Gals and thanks to Greg for taking care of the tail end Charlie duty for the weekend.

Good to hear we all got home safe and Papa Smurf only "nearly lost his bearings".
Here for a good time, not necessarily a long time
