A friend of mine was right behind this when it happened and tended to one of the injured until the ambulances arrived.

Her comments were that the person she attended stunk of alcohol. She also saw first hand the spectators abuse at beng held up on the motorway and said it wasn't pleasant.

Wouldn't have been head wobbles ! Would have been a middrift wallow, Harley still can't get it right after all these years !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

if they were riding anything like i have observed in the past, weaving in and out of traffic, cutting cars off, overtaking on blinds and generally being dickheads,(and this goes for all riders not just Harley ones)then i am not at all surprised and have absolutely no sympathy at all

Yeah...coz sportbikes NEVER have accidents eh????

Those of us who weren't there really have no right to make assumptions. Just because the bikes were HDs and the riders belonged to a gang makes them no less worthy of sympathy. And I extend that sympathy to the people in the car as well.
