    Spoiler: Dodger Stadium R3 SX

man what a race, got a link to watch it on a shitty feed this morning,

RV just caught and passed the fastest man alive, for the 2nd week in a row he has the fastest lap time in the main, and wins again, Stewart look pissed off,

Dungey and Canard are in there as well not afraid to mix it up,

can not wait for reed to get a start, then maybe we will have a 5 way battle

RV didn't catch James, James crashed then James went from third to only a couple of seconds behind RV within the final few laps. James seems to slow down once he gets the lead but he always has that extra speed whenever he needs it.

Anyway that was one of the best races I've seen in years.

i agree, i do not care who wins when the racing is that good,

RV has said he is not a good qualifier and he has proved that this year, if you look at the time sheets they provide his second fastest time is always close to his fastest, and James seems to be able to do a mental lap that is stupid fast,

it seems no one can pull away this year, in round 1 dungey stayed within a couple of seconds of rv as well,

RV got blocked pretty bad by dungey just after his block pass battle with James,

agreed its the best racing i have seen in a long time

Wow, that was an amazing race.

Not a RV fan but he deserved that win.
I think that Stewart should be a bit concerned at this point. Makes for an entertaining season. Disappointed that Reed hasn't been amongst it a bit more. RD is starting to ramp things up too which is good.

All and all makes for a great season

That was F..in awesome race, hope they can all make it through without injury, racing is so intense, with all the top riders in.
That was a big off by Trey Canard, in the heat race, good to see him mixing it up with top guys in the main, got to be a rider to keep an eye on.

just managed to find time to watch the torrent on the projector. Bloody good race!!

I reckon the way villapoto was catching James he would probably have caught him??

    Damn good race though!!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '

Can't imagine why Stewart should be concerned. He looks like he's riding better than anyone else on the track. Apart from a washout of the front he looked composed and well in control. Like said above, when he got put back into 4th place didn't take much to get on RV's tail again.

Awesome racing and I hope it like this all season long!!!!

it'll last till someone gets hurt - i think thats what dungeys gotta hope for. he had the pace to keep up with the others but not the agressivness to keep the lead. both steward and rv just stood him up on the corners and took it from him - if he wants to win a championship he's gonna have to take it from them.

stewart is definately quicker but he has to stop making mistakes, washing the front end out like that is just silly when the racing was that close.

rv definately isnt quicker than stewart, but if he gets to the lead and gets a clear track he's unstoppable. and thats where he seems to be dominating at the moment is he's either getting good starts or capitalising on others mistakes and then getting to the front and staying there.

would be good to see dungey get a win soon, and reed too - he's doing amazingly well for someone whos just started their team

stewart does look awesomely fast in places, but RV has had the faster lap time in the last 2 races, so not sure how you can say he is still faster, Stewart has not caught up to RV yet, he got close in teh last 2 laps here, but surely RV was cruising by then,

2 weeks in a row RV has caught Stewart, i am not even sure RC did that much,

the fastest man alive has a angry little red head chasing him again, thats for sure,

they are calling this race the greatest of the four stroke era, and i think they may be right

it would be good to see someone else get into the mix though - like the reed/steward/carmichael season, a three way race would be pretty exciting - canard looks like he has that in mind too

with the top 5 guys battling it out up front you will never get a fast lap time, because your busy trying to cover your line, or trying to find away past, when they are all at the same level of skill. This would work in RV's favour, being so far back at the start.

i still believe js is still riding way conservitivly, where as rv is pushing super hard,
no races have been won yet as the leaders have crashed in all the mains ,there for giving the race away, didnt like that track, seemed real technical, cant wait for a track where its a straight out drag race.

I managed to watch it on ESPN just now without knowing any results... AWESOME racing, love seeing Canard doing so well. Does anyone else think Villopotto appears to have lost a bit of weight over thee off season?

As others have said, it doesn't matter who wins when the racing is that entertaining. Now to try to get through 7 days without finding who wins Oakland, on ESPN next Friday night.
