Haha. That's a bit close to admitting Wellington/Manawatu is awesome. Any further North than Taupo is unlikely for the VMCC due to the logistics and added expense. The VMCC track days are able to run without being focussed on making money, as they are seen as a way of giving something back to members and those that volunteer during the Winter Series. Hence we can make it cheap.

At the prices you talked about, I would be much more amenable to going often. But at $150/$200 a pop, I wont stay married for long if I go often.

I wont admit they are awesome, but I will say that Puke and HD are damn expensive.
