Given that the Alliance is a defunct political entity, it is encouraging to note that nobody plans to vote for them...

Wheres the option for the Direct Democracy Party ay?
    http://www.directdemocracy.co.nz/

With ACT sounding its death knell, and National so far towards the center that they mayswell call themselves lefties, the DDP is the only possible choice for the far right.

Given how well Kyle Chapman polled in the Christchurch mayoral elections, and the resurgence of right wing politics both in NZ and internationally it's not outside the realm of possabilities that the DDP will make it into parliament.

Think of the amount of press coverage the National Front has received in NZ in the last year, internationally Austria's government is a far right nationalist government, and the German NPD party won widespread support recently in federal elections. Whilst they are not "far right", Howard & Bush both comfortably won their national elections. Howard won by a landslide in no small part because of his excellent stand against illegal immigrants.

At any rate the DDP will be getting my party vote.

im hoping i can vote, i turn 18 next august so i dunno
dafe your comments are good but are still biased towards a certain 'minority' of the asian minority, most if not all are hardworking, and many of them speak english perfectly, me and a friend yesterday went to the park after getting food and went to sit by this lake thing, its in a 'housing community'? i dunno term but we decided yesterday thats the correct term, its made up of asian people pretty mch 100% but the place was nice, it wasnt like a ghetto or a slum but real nice and flash still, most of em had nice cars and the best was its quiet, it seemed really cool, the kids playing were speaking perfect english, perfect+ not even accented really, so sure maybe 'this generation' may not fit perfectly in at first.. ask yourself did any pioneer dudes ever, in history feel at home? shit no man they fought each other with sticks and shit but now we can learn form that and just accept them, let them accept us kinda thing, and pretty soon i reckon we'll have a decent country, maybe even the greens will be in charge when we realise what we are doing to everything around us everytime we do pretty much anything which is why i came here like 5 minutes ago to say the greens are the way to go, this election will have to decide like who they co-alliation(sp?+) party with, assuming they even get 5% so anyone whos like 'man my vote wont count for shit, ill waste it if i go greens' just be like, man theres 100000s of people voting for labour/national bla just be like yep greens, wicked, hope to see u there
You are only coming through in waves. Your lips move but I can't hear what you're saying...

I'm formiong my own political party - shouldn't cost any more than the registration costs. Why?

Party colour Black, official font bold sanserif all caps, name "NO CONFIDENCE"

When voters go to the poll and look at the party list and see

    NO CONFIDENCE

they will feel relieved at finally being able to democratically express their opinion of all the wankers in parliament and put their tick in the box.

See? No need to campaign at all - the other parties are my best advertisement...

A cunning plan. But I suspect that the Electoral Registrar has already thought of such ploys.

Another option could be to change your name by deed poll to Robert Muldoon. There is still a considerable body of support out there for this old socialist, some of whom may not have noted his unfortunate demise some years ago...

Politics - What we love, what we hate..

An old wise man, or woman, lets say, person, once told me to never talk about politics or religion. Well, we have religious ravings, so direct to you, we have Politics - What we love, what we hate..

So, who has the better policies? Who deserves that vote? Which party is going to give you the most benefits? Who is the biggest liar? & MMP or FPTP?

    Have your say...
    This is who we are

    Where's the Communist party ?

Good thing we don't rely on voting, isn't it.

Come the revolution you'll have some explaining to do, comrade.

See, another incidental benefit of making me Supreme Dictator. No more of these polls.

    Yes. Yes indeed.
Good ol' Peters should make things interesting. But, like all other political parties, each has some good, and some bullshit. More so with Labour and their 'no interest on student loans' crap. Sorry guys, to fund this, petrol prices are going up again, and so are levies on EVERYTHING.

Reduce the taxes that Motorcyclists face as they are only a minority on the road, and penalise the gas and road gusslers. I don't quite know what a road gussler is, but hell, it sounds good.
Reduce government employees tax to NOTHING! And then, I will be one very happy camper.
    This is who we are
