forgot to post favourite pic. Not particularly good photo but the essence is thoroughly captured with 9 MX bikes flipping at the same time. Awesome!

Was an awesome show. kids (5yrs & 7yrs) loved it. Atlanta (5yrs) suggested this morning that we made a ramp & get a chilly bin...

    Over Rated Big Yawn

I honestly cant believe this show was so enjoyed, the choreography was terrible, the stunts were nothing we haven't seen on their tv show (massive fan), and the constant claims of world firsts were typical american hype... The highlight was the Roller blader and the dude in the chilli-bin on the big ramp.... at least the Crustys had stripper poles and didnt have an annoying Aussie on the mic..... Yawn

Massive part of the enjoyment for me was seeing it live. I find watching TV or youtube coverage FMX nothing like the experience of being there, smelling the (mostly) burning 2 smoke oil, marvelling at the crazy whips and flips....

I didn't even know it was on in Wellington until someone made a post yesterday.

Also if I had known Travis was going to be at Motomart I would have gotten my helmet signed.

Awesome show, but that was a setup. Spoke to a dude at work who saw the Akl show and bingo bango.............same girl. So I'm guessing she managed to "keep" her own gear. All said an' done though yeah twas mighty. I can't even stand on my pegs.

Aw man what a rip. I did wonder if she was a plant, her acting was pretty good anyway, but I guess it's easy to act scared when you're in front of a giant crowd and about to do a backflip even if you were set up to do it!

Well of course I was expecting to see something different thats why we pay money to see it or we'd all sit around home and watch it on TV, just cause its live doesn't make it better, in most cases it makes it look worse, case in point.

and so was the crusty's whats your point... More kids there than at this event, in fact most kids at this event were running around playing on the grass, hardly captivated and entertained.. who said anything about jerking off and titty bar, you need help with a sick mind like that.... I'll pray for you!

HAHAHAHAHA, I knew it and was telling everyone that, her boots had the mark from the gear change and definately were not near new. Also what female just magically get given motorbike gear that fits first time.....

Great show though, I throughly enjoyed it. We were sitting right up the front with no one in front of us so we had an awesome view AND Malcolm came home with (tyre) rubber stuck to the side of his face....
