I hate cars, truly deeply despise them... But as I'm a mechanic its quite normal to, I own a litte pile of rust and clunks that has a passing resemblance to a car but ride every day and if I need to drive I still have to ride to work to pick up the death trap. Most people dont like me driving... I think it may be the way I try to lean the car around corners and squeeze it through gaps of a metre or so wide... Its hard to tell with all the screaming and climbing out of windows which one is the problem though, if any one wants to sit next to me to help with this dilema I would be quite amazed, er, I mean gratefull
We all have our little obsessions...

    Cool

SpankMe you need more options mate.

I get to ride my bike 95% of the time.
So therefore I take the car out for 5% of the time:
Taking my wee grandaughter out... as she is too small for the bike - plus my daughter wont let her on the bike.
I also take the car when I have to pick something up that I cant actually fit onto the back of the bike.
If it is absolutely hosing down and I have to attend a function.

Oh and I also have my HT license as well.

So I wont vote at all....
You need an option for those that have families and need the car for that reason and the bike for pleasure and the love of riding when ever they can.

Firefight. I know this is off topic but your needed back up there. Or have they lost the Bullie. I hadn't ridden at Woodhill for a while and there was no rest among all the whoops. I guess I'll have to harden up.

My bike is the only form of transport that I own. Sometimes I'll get a lift from someone else though, maybe only once a month though and it's usually because I need a lift after 10pm or if we've got the van for youth group then we fit 10 in it. However since I wasn't driving technically I didn't drive. So yay, option 1 for me.

But with a family as well the car is an essential item , but I absolutely consider myself a biker

Hey why do you want to know this SpankMe? Are all of the people who select option 1 getting something special? Or are all of the people who select 4 getting banned from the site?

Well I have owned bikes for over 25years & cars for only 21years, just because I need a car for practicality, does that make me a lesser biker, I think not!

If he did that WT would loose a lot of potential customers
