What is the fine for an unregistered vehicle?

Hi there, What is the fine for getting stopped with an unregistered (deregistered, lapsed or off-road) vehicle?

I am not talking about license fees or 'rego' here.

    Thanks.

So it's the same fine as rego on hold?

Were you riding a racebike or something?

a racebike will have no evidence of inspection another $200, plus its not likely roadworthy (slicks, no lights, mirrors blah....)

they'd still have to catch you first

Anything involving rego, licencing, number plates etc is $200 a pop.
