Up here the examiner follows you in a car and periodically stops you and gives you directions.
IE: go up here turn right, down to the set of lights, turn left, out onto the main road to jones st, turn left, pull over and stop etc. If the examiner has a bike, he/she will probably have a one way helmet comm in which, you can hear but can answer.

I remember doing mine, it was supposed to be an hour but after 30 minutes I was told to return to the start point. I thought I had failed but, she asked me '' what bike do you normally ride''? ( Had been riding a 600 sports bike for a while but jumped onto a gn250 for the test) ...I passed.

I took mine in Browns Bay, they supply a ear piece and ask you to nod when they talk to you so they know you can still hear them. They will ask you to ride around a little, stop you and explain that you are going to enter a 70k area and then send you on your way. I didn't have to do a U turn for my restricted but some others have. Be mindful to always check your mirrors, indicate out of roundabouts and ride to the speed limit. Also make sure both feet are on the ground for a stop sign.

The guy that took me, mentioned that he knows bike speedos are always out so he would mention if I was going to slow or fast. I sat on 60k according my Scorpio speedo and was fine.

    GOOD LUCK!
