Wellington bike parking woes

After working in a Waring Taylor St Barbers for the last 10 years and having to deal with the bike parking problems, especially with the bacterial growth of the scooter rider, I contacted all the council members about the problem. Have no fear bikers, the council, especially the man charged with the problem, Brian Pepperrill, has it well in hand.
Their research shows that motorcyclists want more limited time parking so as to enable us to come in to have a quick shop in the city. Hence the 2 hour time limits popping up.
Clever bunch of these councillors, I didn't even know myself that's what I wanted. I thought i wanted a safe place to park while i was at work, what a dumb-ass I am.
Lucky for me I moved from there and opened a new place in Jervois Quay where i have the perfect council buster. A frackn building with a garage. If you want to vent your spleen or get more details of what the Mayor told me email jon@thebarbershop.net.nz
