New sprotsbike race series - helmets optional!

    The rules are simple.

1/ You can't use your engine.
    2/ Bumping is legal
3/ You can kick/punch or grab the 'hand brake'
4/ If you are short you get a headstart.
5/ Oh yes, it looks like you have to American for this one sorry guys...

Mean. We've done similar a couple of times down the Rimutakas. Try overtake a car, two up, on a GSXR250 with no motor running. Hilarious.

We've also had a "Downhill GP" down the Upper Hutt side of the Akatariwa road. Not fucking fun.

We used to do it down from the top of the Port hills, Hilltop pub on the way back from Akaroa or the Takaka hill

Different skill set than riding with an engine going, you need to conserve the corner speed and not ever use the brakes

Used to pass the odd car doing it to
"If you can make black marks on a straight from the time you turn out of a corner until the braking point of the next turn, then you have enough power."

Laughing pretty hard at the bouncing, what on earth is this going to accomplish?
Some people just can't seem to comprehend that they do not have the right to be unoffended in their lives.
