Common sense isn't it,bike over fuel leaking, next thing a heap of bikes go up in flames as a dickhead flicks a match.

And maybe you could leave a note with cops stating why you picked his bike up to give to the wanker, and find out if he is a kber, name the prat.

It would be amusing if a "Some prick moved my bike so he could fit his primered shitheap into my park" thread started......

This is the reason I pay to park my bike in a building. Doesn't get blown over!

Hopefully the prat pays up, nothing worse than repairing something then getting it smashed again.

    Good luck.

P.S. Name the idiot, where he parks his bike, bike rego etc etc.

LOL Wouldn't it, we'd know what to tell them though!
I'd rather that someone stood my fallen over bike backup. Rather than take the risk of further damge or deliberate negligence by some passing arsehole.
While not many of us carry pen and paper a note migh have gone some way to avoiding the outburst and your damage.
Something though tells me that this jerk, saw his bike and yours, put two and two together and in typiclal KB rider fashion got 6 and lashed out.
I sincerely hope he's parked there again today and would like to hear the results later on tonight.

    Angry

I picked up a scooter yesterday - these little bikes always seem to have shitty stands, and never lean enough to counteract the wind. I left a note, but made sure a mate was there when I moved it.
I guess that if you spend bugger all on your bike (and some of them are wrecks) you dont really care about the other bikes around you in the park.....

nah, no closer to the mystery. met the KLM owner, he had some odd tampering with his bike after we sorted it out, someone moved it ten feet.

Mate, that would piss me off. I've picked up blown over bikes before, didn't think it would be that big a deal to some, but you never can tell.

haha, i park my scooter next to the Hornet in that bike park in hopes of cushioning it from an unfortunate wind induced fall.... sweet bike, I want one

My only comment on the OP's story is: whats wrong with people that suprises and angers them when the wind blows over their bike? Come on its windy welly! The idea of the wind knocking it over is no different than the idea that at some point in your riding history, you will come off the bike. Its just going to happen, IMHO.

Street parking in Wellington is so scarce you simply can't afford to leave a fallen bike taking up two spaces!

What about this for a scenario.

The dudes bike fell over again, this time smashing your fairing. Someone else picked it up and moved it further away from all the other bikes.

There. That wasn't hard was it?
