Some people on bikes <250cc ride like cocks while many on litre plus bikes don't.
I hardly see it as justification for increasing levies across the board.
Make the penalties for riding like a cock tougher, and instead of talking and showing videos of it, do something about it.
Then again I don't know if it will make any difference anyway, probably reduce their revenues, since the last checkpoint i got stopped at, they were only interested in my licence, and whether i was complying with the class (F so no worries)

Their ride styles are rough as guts, and the sliding into corners is all show and very little go, as in far from being the fastest way round a corner. I reckon it's hard to tell how blind a corner really is from a static camera angle. I got bored about 3.5 mins in.
