'Real NZ' Bike Tour

...What would you include in a 'Real New Zealand' motorcycle tour?

I am not talking about the typical touristy destinations but the everyday details that you would only ever see in NZ.

These are my first thoughts for a trip based out of Auckland.

I'd also include wet weather riding as an attraction, especially in regions where you see all seasons in one afternoon's riding Gives you a greater appreciation for dry conditions and hones your skills of restraint
