its claimed to be 170 but i actually find it quite light, until i've had to lift it.

we had a great fuel debate about how much you could actually get into it.

My biggest ever top up was 18.6L and i was running on fuel.

Best economy was a tad under 300km for 16L top up, but this was real nanna riding (under 6k at all times cept on motorway).

anybody is faster on a cbr250rr than you. the cbr250 is a better bike if you are gonna use it as a commuter as well.

Okay... this is the #1337th post for me.... Should it be my last?

A model made from 1988?-1990 and C from 1991 (first model like mine had non painted frame but C fairings) to 1993. 1993 was power restricted but looked identical to 1992 model.
I'll just summerise up what I know about weights of the two models - 250A measured wet at 173kg (gareth_d's old bike) and mine on the same scales was 160.3kg wet which is the 250C. I find the A model has a better low end accelleration but looses out bigtime in top end to the C model.

A model does not have as many adjustment options for the suspension either.

And yes, C model has a ever so slight edge on cbrrrrrr's IMO.
