bummer. According to my calculations it works out being 162kw/t. Can you get a dyno check done to see if its lost any power? is the KW at the wheel or the crank?
the guy said it only needs a plate and rego and then it'll be fully legal

According to the Aus Lams, which our new rules will be exactly the same,
the VFR and RFV 400's are both legal.

Proof I actually do own a cbr 250 haha.
I have a vid uploading from this morning but its taking forever, another hour left :L its only 2 mins long lmao
ok sweet as, im checking it out at 7 tonight with the cash. Is there anything i should look out for other than the usual (chain, sprockets, oil, forks, brake pads, discs, coolant etc..)?
thats yours? i saw that when i was hunting for my mc19... I wouldve bought it off you if you didnt live in Dunedin. Nice pics and bike- you should keep it.
..this thread is turning into a msn convo, i think a mod will move it soon.
"General Bike Ravings"
this seems pretty General to me, and its all on the bike mentioned in the topic? haha,
check the sprocket at the rear, see if its worn down, tyre tread, look for any scars on the inside of the fairings as it will indicate a drop, otherwise i cant think of anything else, make sure it runs haha.
I honestly have no Idea ae, I think I could get 150km before I hit reserve, and its my general commute (when I upload this vid from this morning you will see the road I take, and understand why I chew the gas)
Open Road I would say an easy 250.
Just uploaded it,
and its on that site.
That bike is a pos, stay away from it. One of the worst NC30's i've seen for a while and the guy is just clueless. Running horribly lean at idle with a terrible tin fart exhaust, rust infested tank and pitting all over the fork legs. K's don't mean jack shit I tell you, it's all about condition with these older bikes. I would have to think hard about taking it for 2g. No doubt some sucker will fall for the 'low kms' though and face many headaches, alas.
...Full throttle till you see god, then brake.
Mileage is good on these bikes... on a constant sub 100kph cruise, I can get 3.3l/100km or 30k/l if you do it that way. Again it's all about how you ride it so constant cruise is really the only reliable way to measure.
Oh and Drunkn Mistake- pretty sure VFR400 won't be learner legal... only the RVF400 NC35 will, right?
...Full throttle till you see god, then brake.
thats an awesome road. Nice riding - bummer about all the cars. I think once i get out of debt ill invest in a goPro
this was listed on trademe about 20 mins ago. What do you think? Lowest price is 3.2k without gear. he said he "rebuilt the front forks so they are mint, no fluid leaks, no rust damage".

Its not that much to get it bike tranzed to you,
ask if it comes with the stock front cowl.
I know its a bit of a delayed post but what do you guys think of this?
