hi.
just bought a yamaha xt225. i've ridden bikes in the past but never had my license till now. i'll be using the bike to get around but also for some trail rides on the weekends so was wondering if anyone knows of any decent tracks.
i'm not originally from chch so only know of the waimakariri, i'll be trying it out but would like to get some hilly terrain too. (anywhere in the port hills????)

SadlyI cant help with Tracks or trails in your area, but one thing I have found since living in the south island is that the whole island is just one big adventure park. Wishing you all the best in your hunt for places to explore.

yeah i know theres plenty to explore but was hoping something a bit more oomph than a gravel road or farm track if you know what i mean, and mainly somewhere i aint gonna kill hikers or the like.
