    Well, they are breaking the law by not wearing a helmet.. and if/when they do crash and burn who pays for their ACC.... just adding to those wonderful statistics..?

    Everyone sees a motorcyclist/pillions breaking the law and being careless / foolish therefore all motorcyclists must be dangerous... They may very well never crash, just looks really bad, and earning the title 'temporary citizens'...

    Um, am I missing something............they ARE motorcyclists.

    People who ride motorcycles, however stupidly, are motorcyclists. Just like people who ride skateboards are skateboarders.
