Sad death in Hobsonvillle

Unfortunately I came along after that accident in Hobsonville the other day ,Poor rider on his Guzzi had literally no where to go!! .
Car pulled straight out from the right hand road by the park and completley blocked his lane.Seems he swerved round to avoid and wouldnt you no the "luck" a four wheel drive was coming the other way.
I will be interested to see if anyone is charged over this,especialy scince one of the drivers is a high ranking councilor,(dont no which vehicle the councilor was driving)
