How dare a policeman pull you over for no good reason when you may be heading somewhere of importance just for an incessant chat!

Phew I was scared I wasn't going to be able to make that cop story negative.

He wasn't pulled over for nothing. He was exceeding the speed limit.

If they stopped us and reminded us that even 1 km/h over the limit is speeding, we'd get used to the fact that the speed limit is the speed limit.

Worry not, I expect derision for this. This is KB after all. It's just a wee comment on how we have come to think that the tolerance of 10 km/h has actually set a de facto limit we are entitled to. We're not.

Don't worry, some arsewipe lawyer and weak kneed judge will let you off with a slap on the wrist if you promise to become a real criminal in the future!

Yeah we have to stop when they signal, it's the law and all that hooplah

HOWEVER if I am not speeding or doing anything wrong I'd resent being pulled over just to hear some guy I don't know tell me a boring story about how he also happens to have a motorbike in his garage...'yes that's nice dear now pull over someone who gives a shit, can I go now?!' Whipdefuckingdoo quite frankly...
