    Record number of users

    Hey, I just noticed the record for the number of users - 987 on 6th June. That was the Monday of Queens birthday weekend.

    Hmm, that was Mrs VV's birthday, so I was a good boy and stayed off KB.

    987!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Did I miss something exciting?

    Yes, there was an earlier post about it. Conclusion was it was some sort of error. I was online at the time and no way were there that many users

    Since the user account includes guests, who don't have to log in, maybe someone tried some sort of bot attack, then gave it up when they realise that a guest can't do anything much.

    It could have been some interesting link that made heaps of guests come from another motorcycle forum.. not too sure.

    If it was they only stayed a few minutes.

    It went from about 40 something to 900 and back down again in about 15 minutes. (Maybe less, that's when I checked it)
