    Awhitu Road strikes again.
    I forgot about this one when I was having a bleat about Sundays effort.
    About six months ago a couple on a bike was side swiped by a car up there.
    I havn't heard any more about it,but the rider lost a leg.
    What can ya' say ?

    I too have lost someone, he hit his mate headon (one commin down the hill and one going up the hill to see his mate)

    They were both doing over 100mph...

    You got steamed over nadda, i feel... the wrong end of the stick etc.

    shit..... was back in the 80's, I think he was a young fella on a 250 with no licence, the hospital put him in the bed next to Doug..... if he could have crawled out of bed he would have killed the wee shit.
