Stop picking on him. Lots of us started on dirt bikes. Probably the best introduction to riding you can get. I did and yes, it was mind blowing moving up to more powerful road bikes. He's excited learning more about the joys of riding - hardly a crime.

Just take it easy D3ALN and don't kill yourself OK.

Now if he was a girl in her mid 20's intent on buying an R6, you'd all be singing a different tune.

Enjoy yourself mate. I guess you've already figured out they bite back. Only lecture I'll give you is to get some good gear.

Jesus man, you've spent more time on the bike in three days than half the 'slam this idiot' type keyboard jockeys do in a year.

Keep it up man, it's good to see.

Yip, I don't wave. Usually so far from in control it's unwise to take a hand off the bar though, so I think most people don't take offence.

TSS Red Baron have one here in Wellington, and it's got the smoothest motor I've seen in one of those bikes. It actually pulls through the rev range nicely, where a lot of them have a real dead feel in a few places on the tacho.

    Fucken aye!!

I have doubts about half the pussies on this site even owning bikes.
