    Classic Fighters 2011 - Omaka

Who else is going? I'm coming from across the ditch just for it, doing a roadie (in a car) from CHCH up to Auckland and stopping off for the three days. Really looking forward to it.

Fingers crossed the Mosquito is finished in time!

    I'm working on going.
Taking the Guzzi to ChCh and then riding up to Omaka.

Sorry, Dude,...no Mossie this year,..although the FW190 will be there

I heard it was on track, but very tight... where is your news from?

FW190 will be awesome to see, but the Mossie was my main drawcard - don't really want to have to go to the US to see it flying, and I can't fit a visit to Ardmore into my plans

Latest is they are aiming to have the Mossie at Wanaka next before it goes to the States.

    See you there, Gareth.
I'm staying a couple of nights with my mate Don from Blenheim. He's the guy that's overhauled the engines for Bill Reid's Anson.

No Mossie, but the P40C may be there.
