I tried to get myself blocked from my work IP....seriously
Spankme hasn't replied to my pleas!
However I did find a way of blocking my access through the network router....trouble is, I can unblock it againbut at least it stops me from logging in and out all the time.

Have just replaced the bulb. I'm glad my "fairing" is only held on by one screw
