No, I would tap them (as in approach them on the quiet) and offer them some assistance in whatever it is they are attempting to do - assuming I had the knowledge and wherewithal to assist in the first place.

But that is not the situation here anyway is it so it's largely moot.

Blase? Where am I blase?
I'm all for education - if that's what people want (as opposed to ramming it down their throat). The problem with education after the fact (or the katman approach) is that it requires the fact to happen to get educated. Kind of defeats the purpose as I see it.

But I do recognise that people aren't perfect. I'll expect perfection of others when I am able to deliver it myself.

I think what you are trying to achieve is the definitely for the best. But your manner of going about it sucks ass. Imagine a guy who stands outside a gun store, shooting rounds up into the air for a while.. Reckon he'd sell anything ?

If you expect people to change and stop being fuckwits, then perhaps you should try to change your tact and stop coming across as a cunt yourself.

I'm all for plain speaking, but a lot aren't. And you are not going to convince people if you get their backs up by abusing them for their mistakes. Have you ever read Carnegies book "how to win friends and influence people" ? If you have, read it again, you might have missed something.
