does not quite appear to be a TV series (other than the URL)

And from the promo it is just rehash of the last few Romaniac/Erzberg/RoA extreme enduro DVD's that throttle entertainment have put out.

yeah it looks like a comp of the last few years of all the other vids on enduro.
