How long do you plan on keeping the bike & your budget would dictate what you use. Just go to your local Super Cheap Auto & ask for directions to the motorbike oil section. Last service I did I used some semi synthetic Castrol which is a cheaper oil. If you intend to keep the bike long term & do some major miles & your budget allows it, get fully synthetic maybe but first check the manual to see what Suzuki specify for that model.
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

Its a keeper for sure. I read somewhere to not use synthetic in them.

I ran a good mineral oil in mine. The best deal I get at my bike shop the same time I pick up a filter.

Cool. I will be changing filter at each oil change to.

Looks like I need to get the dealer to fit a new gasket to the exhaust joint under the motor. Just moved it and it sounds like its leaking a bit. Guess thats not a big deal.
