Dont worry I dont get angry, I will get even

Well I was that bloody wet anyway being painted with mud was a none event really

Must go over there on the DT230, would be lots of fun.

Thanks Matt for getting the back wheel in line for me
    Cheers Paul

    My first video attempt

James putting the water back in the river after cleaning with his air filter

James & Josh at the second river crossing, the shallower of the two

BTW this vid was done on my Panasonic DMC FT2 camera, not bad quality really, apart from the ugly buggers in it.

Looking at the GPS files, we barely scratched the track, 1.28km travelled (actual 4X4 track) with 7.8km to go. Should be a goodie for summer when that clay dries out though

Yellow line is our GPS log of where we got to before hitting the clay faces

After where yo got to gets easier until 3/4 the way up......

...be warned you have not got to the very bouldery steep bits near the top, once on the top it is the gumble rally along the tops to where it drops off down the back side into Langdon creek.

Much easier in 4x4 with lockers
    Cheers Andi & Ellen

No wonder you got stuck, you are not supposed to ride on yellow lines

I think we need to organise a ride there with out any heavy gear on board and yes dry would be better, I think I would take the DT230, a lot easier to push than the DR650

Most of us didn't have any gear
I'm in for a rematch, I'll try and get a trials tyre (hmmm I wonder who would have an old one spare ) or put some screw/bolt things in my old shinko and make a snow tyre thingy, with rimlocks

Freshmap, I have a version for my computer and for my GPS... the 3D mode and "3D fly" mode are absolutely awesome.

The red track in above map is Lake Mason
