Speed Triple or Bonnie Cafe Racer?

I would love a new Thruxton but budget dictates soo have been changing my "ol bonnie into a cafe by taking off the grab rail, shortening the rear gaurd, re padding the seat and changed the bars. of course the 'mechanicals' are still being worked on (never ending story) but shes gunna be the bees knees when shes done..

i love the converted bonneville cafe racer look. saw one the other day out and about and i was like so into it. a totally different scene i know, but love the deep exhaust tones.
