Whatever the case, I'd prefer it without it, or at least so as it does not affect the sleeve seal as it does

Aaaand... so you don't have to take your glubs off every ten minutes so you can show the nice officer your licence.

Underground. I got my waterproof jacket from uscav.com 13 years ago. Still 100% waterproof. Goretex, so it breathes. With the exchange rate the way it is, not a bad option. Throw in some NVG's and you're all set.
