Story just doesnt sound quite right to me, that is all
It does seem a bit odd, but I certainly didn't interpret the OP as " bits flew off, and OP made no effort to look for them."

I don't think he walked off to get boozed up either, his problem stemmed from the fact that he sat down in his nice cosy caravan lagered up.

Of course never in human history has there ever been an instance where someone has been fitted up by the man.

as I said, it was only the way I interpreted it, I never said that was definitely how it was. the first post was short on details, in my experiemce when someone throws a 'help me' post up regardling legal stuff, and omits large amounts of detail, its fair to assume there is alot more to the story that what they are telling.

Agreed. I find that often if i think there is detail missing, I am better served by asking for the missing detail, than making it up myself.

You know what they say "assumption is the mother of all fuck ups".
Well not quite all, they probably haven't met your mother.

As I was saying. But don't expect a change anytime soon, tinytim is a slow learner.

Gee Kev, sorry to hear of this woeful tale. Do not despair, the truth shall set you free. Get a lawyer and as others have said...write it all down, in a language that the judge can read.
