Yeah, it's part of a Harley riders resume'.

MUST:
(a)Wear tassles, the more the better
(b)Wear black leathers with lots of studs/conchos.
(c)Wear Johnny Reb boots. (although scruffy steel-caps will get them by)
(d)Wear fingerless gloves
(e)Wear a pudding-bowl or German style helmet. (If full-face must be matt black).
(f) Drink only bourbon. (or rum in an emergency only)

MUST NOT:
(a)Be able to ride (as judged by sprotsbike riders)
(b)Wear loud colours
(c)Ride a bike that handles (Same rules as (a))
(d)Drink wine and Heaven forbid, wine from a bottle
(e)Ride at any speed near to the speed limit
(f)Be able to read or spell other than txt spk.
(g)Wave to anybody not riding a Harley
