    Good cop in Tokoroa

was riding through tokoroa yesterday and gets stopped by a cop in a ute-the reason i pulled you over is to tell you that your headlight is not working he tells me.shit i sez ive had the same problem once before and i done a temporary fix by cable tying the flasher switch on to get me home
So the nice cop has a look in the back of his ute-finds a cable tie and helps me to tye the switch on-all done and he wishes me a good day and sends me on my way.
that pr exercise may just change my opinion of traffic cops.

I don't want to hear your sad excuses he says, The sooner we rid the roads of the likes as you the better and with that he pepper sprays me and hits me with his baton. Does anyone know where I can get some legal advice?
There. I've Kiwibikered your post. No need to thank me

Had a cop ask me to be careful and that X worker at X store can help fix my slack chain for free. Noice. Had a quick chat about his new 250 he'd just bought.

Also been let off a couple times and a couple others () just never came in the mail.

Oddly, my two tickets have come from non-biking cops

Only asshole cops I've ever met were strung out ones working city gigs like Christmas in the park - fucking threw me at a fence for looking at him too long.
Granted his hat was just stolen, dilligaf? Stop berating bystanders.

I had a hard case and pleasant cop interaction near Tokoroa a while back. He was a good bastard. Kicked my bum and sent me on my way.

I wouldn't kiss and tell, normally. He had me copped fair and square, reamed me out about speeding so close to town. He acknowledged that I could have probably been going much faster still without causing myself any problems, but that there were other road users I had to consider as well. Said "Nice bike now get the hell out of here....slowly". There should be a statue erected in his honor.

This thread is full of liars and undercover cops. Its a trick. Damn dreamers.

Or is it like lotto? Fifty odd encounters with the plod. Never had a good cunt copper - personally dont understand HOW they could be decent and yet do the job they do. If they were decent people, how can they tolerate doing a job that screws people over to make money for the gubbermunt?
