I've found Bryce fine to deal with in the past. The lady who answers the phone sometimes I'm not so sure about.....

I have never had a good experience with them, EVER! And ive had my fair share of accidents needing repairs!
A good mate of mine rang them one day and said he was coming out from town to get a certain part they had. He said he would be there within 2 hours. Around an hour later he pulled in to the shop just as they were walking out. They refused to open the shop back up and proceeded to get in their car and leave.

I agree,good concept,but falls short in the service side of things,I have known Bryce since he was in Rotorua
What has amazed me over the years,is why dont they answer the bloody phone
Maybe the internet sales are so huge they dont need to deal with the public???

They don't do over the counter service at all any more, and when I tried to order a part via email I got no reply from that either. Amazing, such potential for a business, such terrible service.
He did give me free stuff in the past though, so good luck to him whatever he does.
Anyone want to go shares in a business?

Even if you got it off the ground properly with good service, I don't think you'll be making Donald Trump worried anytime soon.

Wouldn't be an easy business to deal in, garanteed to loose your weekends if you wanted to make any money.

doesn't sound like there's a building to house anything going in the ad. - Workshop plant is not included. unless it's just poorly written.
