    DRZ bits

I found a PDF of the service manual downloadable
    http://www.thelaketavern.com/johnny_...Z400_00_06.pdf

These look like fairly good things too.

I bought the case guards a few weeks ago. Haven't fitted them yet but they seem quite well made and easy to fit, plus they are cheap insurance. Also bought rad guards, sump guard and manual cam chain tensioner. Been meaning to put up a thread as I customise my DRZ and will do so at some stage

The early ones I heard would break springs and loose tension and I have read about others putting too much tension and stretching the cam chain too much. For what I plan to do on my one I thought the $40-50 was well worth the piece of mind. Haven't fitted it yet, will do it in the next 1-12 months...

Yeah I haven't heard of many horror stories on late model ones but thought I'd be really anal and do it anyway.
