    Sounds pretty!

Yeah Dave is the guy! He was very kind - he knew I was nervous as I am used to japanese cruisers. Everyone at KTL was cool and friendly, not like AMPS
I rode my bike to the park down the road and then Dave rode my bike while I rode the Harley. I can't wait until Saturday!!!!! I hope there are no delays!

Sounds like a hi flo screaming eagle air filter and carb from what you have said. It should add just a tiny little bit more guff than stock.

You might want to check the warranty though - some of that SE stuff (if not all?) is labeled "For Race Use Only" and might have a different warranty. I read something, I just can't remember it correctly to give you the details.

Yeah hi flo rings a bell, they said they will give me a warranty, the bike is a 2007 so I assume a factory warranty wouldn't apply anyway

Haha Don't forget to have them write down what mods were done on sat now will ya

Say it will just be the air filter modded to match the pipes air flow ! (if ya want it to flow out quick, ya also let it flow in just as quick) the carb on that bike will be plenty big enough !

But don't be too surprised if you find the HD works out to have less, or perhaps the same horses for courses than your 750, it's just laid down differently with the HDV2, lots of low down torque and a grin factor that just gets better with every thump of that piston trying to punch it's way through to your groin !

Just remember oil is cheap and they are a piece of piss to do yaself (after the warantee period) Listen to what they (At the shop) say re which oils ya can or can't use (don't listen to those who say any oil will do) !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

Yeah possibly. Maybe what I read was something along the lines of.. if you bought a new Harley, putting SE gear on voids or limits your warranty even if done by an "official" shop.

As said above, your harley is bound to pump the same or little under than your 750 but it'll be in different areas. Ive got a 45" v4 that does 83hp but it doesnt kick in until higher revs. Think the 1450 Harleys are rated at 55 - 63hp, but they take off on a light quicker (until my revs pick up anyway)

Post some pics when you got it.

Congrats on the new bike. I'd have one.

My 1450 is stock (barring the free-flowing mufflers and free-breathing air-filter,) puts out 65hp at the rear wheel at just under 5,000rpm

Sportys rev a little more, even so I suspect a stocker is about 55hp or so.

Torque is where it's at with a H-D.
