I always list on both Sella & Trademe, and if selling firearms I include Gunstuff as well. 90% of stuff sells on TM before the other two. That's good enough for me. The good thing is that there are so many IDIOTS on TM that are happy to buy absolute shite, I don't throw anything away anymore. Stained old bed $171, box of broken cell phones $147 etc etc....

well I've started listing on there, thought I may as well use it, as mentioned before the prices are less than my trademe prices, & yes of course noone is being forced to buy

It's a pity the price of a Harley is shared between TM and S

whoever has that plate could probably buy several bikes with it
the first letter A has been pasted over the other letters on the plate to conceal the plate number

I would be keen to support sella and give trademe the boot. I am sick of trademe's fees. Sella need to come up with some creative and effective marketing to try and get some weight behind them. It is a critical mass thing, hit the tipping point and suddenly the thing will explode.
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.
It takes a big man to cry...and an even bigger man to laugh at that man.

That alone is a strategy sella can utilise. Become a business to business trading point.

    Agreed.
Apparently they are going to do some sort of advertising soon. I hope it's something effective.
They just need to get in people's faces enough to get some critical mass like you say.
I sold something on there the other week. Bit of a pleasant surprise.
