Ha ha. Good luck on the powerful KDX I'm sure it will be heaps of fun for you.

Lets get one thing straight. We don't promote or encourage beach and Bomber riding as technically it is against the law and all it does for us is open up a big can of worms ("oh we only came back thru the forestry on your tracks because the tide was in, and, we had to cut the fence...can you come and pick up our bikes we've broken down...").
And that is the main reason! They end up riding illegally and we keep having head ons in forest tracks were they shouldn't be.

If they want to get a ticket for $800 from the cops or get blown up then good on ya.

We had a request to help two guys on Monday. They had been to the Range and got caught by the tide on the way back.
They walked back and by the time they got back to their bikes they were gone. Either stolen or the tide got them.

Result 20k down the gurgler and no insurance as they weren't registered etc etc.

Funny thing was they asked us to help. Get fucked, ask the cops

If you parked in a beach car park today either Muriwai, Rimmer Rd or anywhere else chances are that the law will have got your rego and you will get a warning letter. Next time they (the Police, not us) trespass.

Your car rego and name has just been passed to us from the law.
Alicher, you and Ryan may be able to do this in South Africa but not in NZ. Obey the freakin law of the land!

Best you sort your act out!

Congratulations glukasil, you are a fuckwit. I have limited ability and I'll be the first to admit that. Yet, I'm still not stupid enough to go to the bombing range. Only knob heads and bashers go up there.

    I hope you get fined.

I've been to the bombing range once. But it was legally on a Kiwi Rider adventure ride, was windy as hell that day and the XT600 struggled a little. Could easily see how two bikes could come together over a crest there. Stick to designated riding areas guys.

It's an area that has drawn unwanted attention from authorities. If it becomes an area that is getting used far too much and drawing too much attention the whole of woodhill could become a no go zone (includes bike park). The local authority would police the whole area strongly and fuck Aucklands best riding resource and local businesses relying on it.

Posting on a public website forum, to encourage others to ride illegally up there is not the brightest thing ever done.

Yes well guys cutting back through the bike park, causing accidents and then expecting pick up is a whole different issue- and that's pretty fucking unscrupulous if you ask me. We'd never do such a thing.
