OK... sorry to have to say but the dangerous bikery if full, with winter here the garage is chocker so room is at a premium..... any KBer wanting to stay over the next few months will have to pitch a tent in the back yard between the mower and 125T bucket

needs some TLC
bit rough round the edges but should polish up alright
very light and airy in the upstairs department
great indoor outdoor flow ( it wasn't me, it was the dog )
free to an good (read: not fussy) home.

Lmao ...looks like winter has set in and a certain KBer is a tad bored.

If I could work out how to get the bike up the stairs I could take some cool pics just like you.
