Ah. I remember this being posted originally.. Yes - It is a terrible thing to happen.. But unlike NZ, where we rush around trying to save his/her life (and if we cant, then we cover them asap), I am pretty sure that they (family) are able to sue even if you touch them if you aren't a medical staff.
