edit: Ah hah! just look at the LTSA site and it shows a sample 'E3' rating as would be doled out under the UN/ECE 22 regulations. Silly me!
That's the UN/CE 22 on the top of his list.E stands for Economic Comission for Europe,3 is the country that issued the standard - and that has always been a helmet standard,nothing has changed.I'd think there would be a grandfather clause - the helmet you now have is still legal,but any new helmet will have to comply.Same for the retailer,they sold them as legal at the time....but all sales from X date etc.Look out for the helmet sales!
