Me and Keiran (3) spent the day in the garage working on his bikes yesterday. He knows what a ratchet is, how it works, how to reverse it, what a spanner does and how to use a phillips head screw driver as a tyre lever........

Junior has progressed from using any t-handle as a hammer, and sticking any screwdriver in any hole that will hold it, to using sockets. Unfortunately he has wised-up to the trick of giving him a socket too big so he won't round off the nuts, and keeps trying to get the smaller size so it will engage. He has his own tool rack so he doesn't bugger mine; he might have to get his own bike to work on
