    Diesel anyone?

    this critter is made in holland..
    mercedes diesel motor.
    CV trans / BMW paralever..
    but they really need to sort the fuel
    consumption out.. 900kms from a 20lt tank..

    yeah - this one came up a few months back - you are looking at $NZD 35 to 40k not including fees or duty and there was some discussion on the layout and look of the exhaust if I remember correctly - but if ya won lottery...............

    it would be quite funny filling up the gas the pump attendent comes running out NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO your using diesel NOOOOOOO

    That is awesome. 2.2 litres per 100km is ridiculous. I use more than that when walking...

    with its clothes off it looks like frankinstein had an input in the design, KTM trellis frame, WP forks, VW engine. Still if it can crack 900 klm on a tank cant be all bad...wonder how heavey it is?

    Other than it setting a speed record at 153kph, I find myself horribly tempted. I believe it's exempt from RUC because motorcycles are so light...

    Then reality kicks in... belts at 25,000km, who services it, etc... awww

    Not 30 minutes ago the RUC Contact Centre confirmed over the phone that:

    Among the classes of vehicles exempt from road user charges:
    Any two-wheeled vehicle with a gross laden weight of less than 1000 kg.
