Getting the little ones used to pillioning
Nicky's six and a half, and in our house that means he's been pillioning for six months now. His older brother Tim at 11 is used to going anywhere but Nicky's still learning.
He's been pestering me for a few weeks about going on the back of the SuperDuke for a ride, whereas Tim is just not interested in it at all.
Today he got his wish. He loved this ride - Wallaceville to Silverstream, then up Blue Mountains Road to Whitemans Valley and back down Wallaceville Hill to home. About 30kms. He such a natural pillion it was a breeze.
Here's the route:

And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.
