Automated. Shows how stupid these polls are. Not hard for them to limit 1 vote per IP address so their lazyness is going to really skew the results.

Looks like it has been limited. Got in a good 20 votes before it stopped.

Hell, even a simple cookie would do. (Yes I know it can be deleted). Atleast it would stop simple refresh.

And 1 per IP is not always recommended, like in places of work and universities where they may share the same IP over multiple people.
